The website serves as a centralized platform for customer awareness of four retail stores operating under the name “CBD Store.” Of these, only the Bethel Park, PA store is owned by AAM Properties, LLC. The other stores are independently owned and operated.

AAM Properties, LLC is not liable for issues arising at stores it does not own or for any misuse of products, breaches of terms, or purchases by underage individuals. IMPORTANT NOTICE: AAM Properties, LLC, the “CBD Store” locations, and any wholesale customers who purchase and resell products cannot be held liable for any issues arising from manufacturing errors, labeling inaccuracies, contamination, or other circumstances caused by third-party manufacturers, suppliers, or vendors.

This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Instances of mislabeling or incorrect ingredient disclosures.

2. Contamination, including isolated incidents (e.g., a single defective edible in an otherwise compliant package).

3. Adverse reactions, accidents, loss of job, loss of life or limb, hospitalization, or any other harm resulting from the use or consumption of products.

None of the products sold by AAM Properties, LLC, the “CBD Store” locations, or their wholesale customers are manufactured by these entities.

For any claims, complaints, or legal actions regarding product quality, safety, or labeling, customers must contact the manufacturer directly. Manufacturer information is provided on the product label.

Section 16 – Compliance with Dry Weight Standards

All products sold are certified by our vendors to comply with the Federal Farm Bill of 2018, which defines hemp as containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. We rely on our vendors to ensure compliance through independent laboratory testing.

Section 17 – Severability

If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
